Dr Michael is very pleasant and aware of my illness great bedside manner. His MA and front desk staff have no idea what they are doing. They have my paper work mixed up with other pt. I arrive for my visit 15 minutes early I was not see until two hours later. I had difficulty breathing call office for appt. alerted the staff that I think that I may have Covid-19’s because of my symptoms. The MA call me in to do vitals I alerted her about the possibility of having Covid-19’s she refused to isolate me instead she sent me back to sit in the waiting room with other patients that may or may not be healthy. I believe pt such as myself should be isolated once there is a possibility of and infection.

I’ve had bad experiences with doctors, feeling as if I’m just another number but this was different. I actually felt like he cared and wanted to make sure I was OK and made me feel comfortable which is very important I would definitely recommend him to anybody for sure

Excellent- that's how I would describe my appointment. From the staff that checked me in to my consultation, it was better than any doctor visit that I've had while being in NY. It's nice to have a doctor listen and validate how you're feeling. I will say that the waiting area was hectic because they are also conducting Covid-19 tests but my wait time was less than 15 mins. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and happy to know that I finally have a PCP.

I brought my elderly father to this appointment. I found the doctor and his staff to be very patient and everything was explained to us. The medication that was sent from the doctors office came quickly to the pharmacy. I would definitely will bring my father back here. And would recommend this doctor office.

I waited over 3 hours to be seen by Dr. Obugh. He apologized for the wait time. Great provider- but it’s clear he’s overwhelmed and his office is understaffed. So many appointments overlapping there weren’t enough chairs for people to sit and everyone was right on top of one another. Hold times post appointment to speak about follow up apt & prescriptions I waited anywhere from 10-15 minutes on hold so it’s not a one time scenario.

Mr. Michael Otugh was honestly great! It was my first time visiting his office for a simple physical to be completed and I couldn’t appreciate him and his staff more. That one visit made me want to change my PCP immediately. He was so sweet, warm spirited, direct and informational. He showed empathy and compassion for his job and his patients and that meant a lot to me! He’s a 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend! Your always able to get a appointment with them which made it even better!

I enjoyed Dr. Otugh's reassuring approach. He made me feel at ease with my diagnosis and made several references for follow up care. I believe he does have his patient's best interest at heart. I would totally recommend him.

I am so appreciative of Doctor Michael. I feel as if a weight was lifted off my shoulders when I left. Although he is not technically a therapist, his advise and listening helped me cope with my anxiety.

Doing your check in on the app will save you time! I was very comfortable at the office. The front desk staff were very kind and friendly.
Doctor Michael (and his two students) gave a warm welcome to his new ZocDoc patient. I felt comfortable with opening up about my medical background and Dr.Michael made sure to give me plenty information during my check in. Definitely coming back ! He’s a good doctor everyone
