Dr. Harandi and front desk staff is great! This was my first time visit and had a little complication with my insurance getting her to show up as my pcp and they were nothing but patient with me. Not sure her name but blonde lady at the front desk was super personable and friendly.
Dr. Harandi herself was great also, listened to all of my concerns and helped me out the best way plus more! I’m younger and never really had a primary doctor for regular checkups but I’m so happy to have her as mines

This was my first visit. I was a new patient with an appointment for a physical. I was told to fast the night before and to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment for paperwork. My appointment was at 11:15am. I arrived at 10:40am and did not get seen until 12:15pm. I completely understand wait times can often be extended with patient needs. However, none of the ladies at the front desk or anyone for that matter came out to say we apologize we are running behind. We thank you for your patience. We assure you you’ll get seen. None of that. Customer service, reassuring the patient was non existent.
Dr. Harandi was great. She was very thorough and had great approachability. The nurses, although nice, lacked energy and personality.

I appreciated the nurse, Susie (if I remember her correctly), who drew my blood. She made me feel at ease and she knew her stuff.

She's not very talkative and is very hard to read, almost like she would rather be anywhere but taking my appointment. However she helped me with all of my issues and got me out quickly. However once I got to the pharmacy I realized that only one of my prescriptions was called in correctly. I called the office and left a message. Then I called mid afternoon the following day and was told she was working on and was sent a message. Then I call back the following morning and still it has not been resolved. The whole point in visiting the doctor was to get a treatment to feel better. When you only get half of the medicine you need to improve it's a little hard to recover. I would not reccomend Dr. Harandi to anyone unless it was a last result. She's a decent doctor but her staff definitely does not follow through.
