I recently brought my brother-in-law to Dr. Elgeddawi at West Springfield Smiles, and the experience was fantastic! Not only was the whole process smooth and comfortable, Dr. Elgeddawi did an amazing job with his emergency extraction... Every step was walked through for my BIL. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive, which was especially important since my brother-in-law has a lot of anxiety about dentists??. The clinic is spotless, and the whole team went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, I especially like how they aren't the salesy type.?? I’m genuinely looking forward to bringing more family members here. Dr. Elgeddawi and his team are truly top-notch and make going to the dentist a pleasant and dare I say, an enjoyable experience. ??
