The office is located inside West Town Mall next to the LensCrafters, at the end where the men's Belk is. I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go, and I am disabled so I called to ask if they could give me some easy directions to the location within the mall. The girl on the phone was very helpful and gay very good and easy to understand directions. I would absolutely go back to this provider, my experience was A+
