I can’t speak highly or recommend Elizabeth enough. She is incredibly knowledgable and takes all the time to ask questions to best understand your situation and provide the best treatment. In addition she takes the time to explain what’s happening in your body and why she is choosing a particular treatment approach. The whole experience was 10/10 and Elizabeth is truly an exceptional practitioner.

After my session, I was very relaxed for the rest of the day.
