West Village Psychotherapy

My practice offers psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults and couples in New York and Connecticut. From the outside, everything may look fine while something within you—or between you—no longer feels right. For more than a decade, I’ve helped individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, disconnection, and periods of uncertainty. Couples may feel caught in recurring conflicts, increasingly distant from one another, or unsure how to rebuild trust and closeness. Individuals often come to therapy when familiar relationship patterns keep repeating, a transition has unsettled them, or the life they have built no longer feels as meaningful or satisfying as they expected. Our work goes beyond symptom relief to understand the deeper patterns shaping your relationships, emotions, and decisions—creating meaningful, lasting change. In couples therapy, we identify the cycles driving conflict or distance and develop more honest, responsive ways of relating. In individual therapy, we explore how earlier and current relationships have shaped your expectations, choices, and sense of self. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, somatic, mindfulness-based, and creative approaches, tailoring the work to your history, needs, and goals. I also specialize in wealth psychology and the relational and emotional complexities that can accompany financial success, including family expectations, questions of trust, identity and purpose, and the ways money can shape intimacy and connection. I offer secure telehealth throughout New York and Connecticut, along with discreet concierge therapy in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, and Long Island. Concierge sessions may take place in your home, office, or outdoors. Intensive formats are also available. Telehealth sessions begin at $275, with separate rates for couples, concierge therapy, and intensives.
