Great experience! With Dr Desai! I was able to get an appointment on short notice and I was seen quickly. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy right away, and the doctor responded promptly to my MyChart message. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

I was not doing well since yesterday and my original primary care doctor told me she had no same day availability. I looked up to find an urgent care since I kept feeling worse and came across newly opened West Windsor Primary Care. Booked a same day appointment with Bijal and I’d say that this was lord’s way of introducing me to her.
I’m only writing this review because I am feeling so much better already and believe she deserves this recognition.
I could feel the positive energy as soon as I walked in that place, everyone was friendly and cooperative.

I picked my nail and got a really bad infection. My thumb was hot, swollen and hurting over the weekend. Booked a virtual visit and Bijal diagnosed it as Paronychia. Whatever she prescribed me did wonders as that thumb formed a bubble overnight and popped, relieving me of that constant pain and pressure. Really grateful that I booked an appointment with her.

My experience from beginning to end was great. It's been so difficult to find a primary care provider accepting new patients. Bijal and the staff were extremely helpful. The entire appointment was a breeze. If you're looking for a primary care provider in Mercer County, look no further than Bijal! She is extremely knowledgable and I can tell has good experience just by conversing for 5 minutes. Will be switching my entire family over to West Windsor Primary Care.

I wanted to see Doc Sherif but Bijal was the only provider available for the month. They assured that I can be seen by Bijal and follow up can be done with Doc Sherif is I really want to. They also promised that all reports and charts are examined by Doc Sherif every day at the end. I decided to just go with Bijal and honestly no regrets whatsoever!
