I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind. Then proceeded to Daniela the specialist hygienist. Daniela was very knowledgeable, explained everything with clear details. They have great technology. I had a good experience. Only thing is that I was told to come back for the dentist who wasn’t there and with my very busy schedule it might be tough. But I will definitely be returning and recommending Westbury Dentist Spa.

Had a cleaning and the Hygienist was so gentle I barely felt anything, and it had been awhile since my last cleaning. The office is spotless, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and warm.

On the Zocdoc app, it claimed that the office and the doctor was in net work and was able to take my insurance, and when I called the office up, I was told that they did take my insurance and that I would not have a co-pay, but when I arrived on the day of the appointment I was given the news that they are not in network with my insurance and there was a $75 co-pay. The staff was very friendly and the service that they provided was phenomenal. As far as I’m concerned, I would definitely go back to the dentist office. However, I believe that this dentist office should definitely make sure that they are giving the right information that way their patients can make the correct decision on whether or not that the co-pay is worth it for them or not.

I booked with her thinking that should be great because of her excellent reviews.
They called me prior and asked for me to cancel my appt on zocdoc and that they would still keep the appt in their system on their end. I thought this was very suspect as it would mean i can't review them impartially, as zocdoc would not have a record of my appt.
I'm glad I kept the appt on zocdoc as their service was a but short of their super high rating. Was she bad? No, but she clearly wasn't as great as their initial rating and the reason I selected her in the first place. I felt she was a bit stand offish with me.
Immediately after sitting in the chair her hygienist told me the usual; I need a deep cleaning. Long and short, I did not have done what i wanted to have done as I wasn't too sure of the quality of service.

This was my first time visiting this dentist. I was the last patient of the day. Bad idea because it was a Wednesday when the office is open late. I saw another dentist who rushed through my teeth cleaning and it felt like I was taking a bath because the water was running all down my neck onto my clothes. I scheduled my next teeth cleaning so let's see how that goes. Highlight: the young lady who did my xrays was very polite and personable.

Lovely office with great receptionist and dental assistants. Everything was ready at the time of my appointment and all staff made me feel welcome. The dentist who saw me was competent, professional and got the job done right and right away on Christmas Eve day! The main doctor approached me at the end to check if I was happy with the work done. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend it!

I’m usually unhappy when going to a dentist so I tried a knew one and ended up here. My experience was absolutely great. Between the staff being so friendly and the dr as well. The office was so accommodating to helping the patients relax with your own tv and Netflix to watch what you want. I’m happy I found my dentist for good.

Dr. Oza is a great dentist with wonderful hands. I went this morning for two extractions thinking it was going to be painful, but the total opposite no pain at all only minor pressure. Most importantly, she cares and kept asking throughout the entire process if I was ok and acknowledge me by my first name constantly as if we've been friends for years.
