Dr. Spingarn’s background includes a residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, board-certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology, fellowship in the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and membership in the Westchester County Medical Society. Dr. Spingarn’s hospital affiliations are White Plains Hospital Center and St. John’s Riverside Hospital.
