I thought I had finally found a doctor that understood my conditions. Caleb Reid promised he would try his best to help me and that he would get back with me. He never did and cancelled my upcoming appointment with him. He hasn’t explained himself at all and I was left in the dark after I was promised help. He pretended to understand what I was saying but I had to repeat myself multiple times for clarity and it was also difficult to understand what he was saying as well. Which it’s fine, I get it but still I feel betrayed by him. Like I’m being judged for whatever his reasoning is and he doesn’t even have the decency to contact me and communicate what it is that’s going on or why he canceled my appointment. Then he decided to not accept Medicaid anymore when I tried to book a third time. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. Like at least tell me what the deal is, especially after a promise was made. What he did made me feel even worse about myself.

I have never had a better experience with a health care professional. Dr Caleb really cares about his patients. He reached out to me by phone when I missed my appointment to check in on me and make sure I was ok. He treats mental health issues very seriously and my personal experience has been that a lot of providers are not as tuned in to mental health. I can’t recommend him enough.

Mr. Reid was one of the best psychiatric providers I’ve ever worked with. He asked the right questions and took a more personalized approach than with others I’ve met in the industry. I felt seen and heard. Both of which I’ve found hard to come by. Very inviting and easy to talk to! I highly recommend!
