Office was dirty, predatory pricing, doctor no showed my appointment and they didn’t even fix the problem I went in for.

I was seen initially by staff/junior doctor on my 2 PM appointment, but the dentist I booked with (Dr. Patel) did not arrive until around 2:36 PM and did not examine. I was told that since this clinic is under the same management or same office as another location I visited recently, the dentist could not proceed with the scheduled service based on notes from the prior visit. I was then asked to wait again to see another provider. The gum specialist and supporting staff were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout. However, the long wait time, lack of examination by the booked dentist, and inability to receive the scheduled service made the experience disappointing.

my original appointment was rescheduled because they were closed at the time of the original appointment. The dental assistant was nice, but didn't start treating me until 20 minutes after they put me in the chair. The dentist was extremely rude and judgmental rather than offering actual solutions or any assistance for my pain aside from coming back in a week.

They were very accommodating and patient. I have a strong case of dental anxiety and warned them I might cry (I did) and they were super sweet and didn’t make me feel bad about it which I appreciate since crying helps me out haha
