I was warmly greeted by the front office staff, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived. The wait time was quick, which I truly appreciated. Kathy, the assistant, was wonderful during the pre-check-in process before I saw the provider.
Becca was extremely attentive and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. She was very personable, maintained great eye contact, and her body language made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She remained fully engaged during our conversation, which made the experience even more positive.
I’m excited and hopeful to see where this new treatment plan takes me.

The doctor was so kind, very genuine and treated my concern in the same appointment. She was very mindful about my pregnancy. I will be going back to this office. Note: Parking is a major headache and I got very lost. Calling the office is not easy - you have to transfer to their headquarters, then another location, then this location. That was the only way I found their office. (This may be a personal problem lol)

Really appreciated that they took the time to ask a lot of questions and get to know my situation. Felt heard and like they actually took everything into consideration instead of just instantly prescribing me something! The staff was attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend! Especially for other women who have dealt with the pains of hormonal acne and derms who don’t know how to deal with that.

Great experience overall and I’m beyond happy with all my appointments with her. I’ve had eczema my whole life along with other skin conditions where past treatments didn’t have lasting effects. She’s helping me create real and noticeable change in realistic ways and after just a month on her plan my skin has never looked better. She and the other people in the office are nice, listen, and are clear experts in their field. The office is also clean and modern.
