I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. After waiting a little over an hour, I was finally called back for a swab. I then waited another hour to be seen by the doctor, but unfortunately had to leave for track practice due to the extended delay.
I was told at the front desk that someone would follow up with me since I had to leave because of the long wait. It has now been a week, and I have not received any communication.
Overall, I’m disappointed with both the wait time and the lack of follow-up.

Las asistentes se olvidaron que estaba esperando en el consultorio, estuve dos horas congelandome, esperando, usando la ropa de papel que te dan, y al final no me atendió el doctor con el que había hecho mi cita, también había reservado una mamografía y ahí me informaron que no la hacen, el doctor hizo la revisión manual. Muy decepcionada del servicio.
The assistants forgot I was waiting in the office. I spent two hours freezing, waiting, wearing the paper gown they give you, and in the end, the doctor I had an appointment with didn't see me. I had also booked a mammogram, and they informed me that they don't do that until I was there.
The doctor did a manual exam.
Very disappointed with the service.

I always check reviews when I’m doing something for the first time. Even though some of the reviews weren’t very positive, I prefer to form my own opinion. I really liked the doctor’s bedside manner and how many questions he asked. It made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my concerns.

Amazing!
First time patient and while the news I received was not the happiest, the staff, the process and the Doctor were amazingly warm and efficient.
I was able to get labs done while there and results at my next appointment - same location which was unheard of back in El Paso.
Glad this is my place for my health care and looking forward to my progress on this health journey!

Didn’t listen to anything I had to say and completely dismissed my symptoms as GI or constipation. Told me to eat healthier and maybe saw him for 3 minutes max even though I’m a new patient. If he had listened he would’ve known that I’ve been in the ER twice in the past 4 weeks and my symptoms have persisted and GI problems or constipation was ruled out.
I was completely unheard. Cut me off and didn’t ask anything or hear me out AT ALL.

I had an appointment over a week ago to renew my birth control prescription, and I’m still waiting for the pharmacy to receive it. Despite multiple calls to follow up, no one has returned my messages. It’s very frustrating to be left without an important medication and no communication or resolution after this long. The appointment itself went okay, but the lack of follow-up and responsiveness has been really disappointing.

I would not go to this doctor, first the front staff got into a heated argument in with each other in front of a lobby of people, then the staff was very unfriendly. Then when we met the doctor he would sit there and just stare at you and couldn’t even recall medication names and was all over the place with what he was going to prescribe me.
I won’t not feel safe to have my baby care in the hands of this office what so ever

Doctor came in and immediately about me being trans, making homo- and transphobic comments; seemed relieved that I'm no longer seeking trans medical assistance.. very dismissive, and waited almost 2 hours in waiting only to be seen for 5 minutes and would not listen or care to come up with a treatment plan. Even the nurse was apologizing for his behavior. Tried to blame genetics for the reason of my irrelevant-to-topic health issues.

Not recommended, they never respect schedules (over an hour wait plus the time they have you inside waiting because they “don’t get many bathroom breaks”) and are very dismissive, as well as unclear and vague communication
