Dr. Amanda Salvado gives excellent treatment, is kind, courteous and professional. The Office Staff was polite, kind, professional and courteous.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. (The last week of December)
The staff was very friendly and nice.
Dr. Amanda was a bit late but not a big deal. I just had to wait a few minutes in the room.
The experience was not that great.
I’ve had an issue for quite some time and I was looking forward to see her since she is a specialist for what I have.
She diagnosed me with a couple of questions and a quick exam and within two minutes told me what I have, which was great.
But as soon as she did that, she rushed to end the conversation and send me on my way.
I was there for 4-5 minutes total.
The reason my experience was not great is that while she was rushing the appointment, I was trying to ask questions and get a better picture of what I should do now but she actually opened the door for me to get out (not in a mean or aggressive way). That is not what you expect from a doctor/physician. No matter how many years of experience they have in the field !!!
All I wanted is to ask all my questions and understand better how to deal with an issue I have for my peace of mind and while she did diagnosed me (correctly I hope! She said it is 95% what she thinks it is), I was left with questions and a sense of being rushed to leave.
*This review is to say nothing about her level of skill or experience.
I’m not sure if it was because I was the first client of the day and she still didn’t had her cup of joe but if you read this and going to see her, make sure you persist to ask everything you want to ask before leaving.

My visit with Dr. Salvado was great! She is quite knowledgeable and appreciate her confidence in treating patients with GERD and LPR, as a result I have a lot of faith in her with her proposed treatments rather than doctors playing a guessing game. I appreciated her transparency and answering all my questions about my conditions. I was hoping a little more when it comes to bedside manner but honestly with COVID it is difficult so everyone is a bit nervous. I would absolutely recommend her especially if you have issues with acid reflux!

Love her! She's very nice and explained what was going on and why I had my symptoms in my ear causing me to be dizzy and such. She did a small adjustment treatment that seemed to help me a little better. This was my first visit and hope that I can start getting even more relief and treatment if I need go back to solve some of my inner issues. She met with me and my issues with professionalism and care I felt comfortable and heard.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Salvado. I'm a voice over actor who sings at church on the weekends so when my voice started to go on the fritz I was absolutely panicked. Dr. Salvado took one easy look (no tube up the nose and down the throat!! My first time not being scoped for vocal issues!!) and quickly saw what the problem was. Following her plan for rehabilitation for me, my voice is back to fully functioning and even clearer than before I started having issues. I'm so happy I found Dr. Salvado, laryngologists are hard to come by and she's excellent. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Salvado was efficient but thorough during the visit. She assured me right away that my issue was benign, which helped me relax. She had equipment available to see exactly what was going on and was able to give me a diagnosis on the spot, which my PCP was unable to do. She knew exactly what was going on with my issue and gave me clear instructions for treatment.
