The front desk really aren’t to friendly, when I came into office and said hello I was greeted with “did you have an appt today, I answered yes and gave name and they responded ok have a seat”, and the whole time while they said what they did, all eyes were on computer and the other two in the corner were speaking among their self. Front desk needs to do better with professionalism. Wait time wasn’t the bad, but providers can improve on timing.

Front desk was not helping, the email address doesnt work (I have asked 3 diffentent persons to send email but none of them works) and the lady on the phone can not give any solutions for it,so my daughter's paperwork blocked. The doctor was kind but front desk service was very very bad according to my experience, would not recommend in general.

I believe Dr. Botman is a wonderful physician. When my children and I see him, he greets us with a warm smile and patiently listens to my concerns regarding my children's care. He is also very transparent in his explanations. I am so glad he has joined the White Oak location to provide such wonderful care.
