The front desk really aren’t to friendly, when I came into office and said hello I was greeted with “did you have an appt today, I answered yes and gave name and they responded ok have a seat”, and the whole time while they said what they did, all eyes were on computer and the other two in the corner were speaking among their self. Front desk needs to do better with professionalism. Wait time wasn’t the bad, but providers can improve on timing.
