Showed up 15 minutes early. Called 1st time while I was looking for office enterance. No answer and left message. Once I was found the office, I waited for 20 minutes. Called again. Rang twice before it went right to voice-mail. Waited another 10 minutes and left. Super unprofessional and no reply back even now hours later.

I drove an hour to my appointment and the office doors were locked. I called and left voicemails. It's been several days and I still have not heard anything from this provider.

This woman was absolutely horrible. She no called no showed to our appointment. I drove 30 min out of the way, arrived 30 min early so I could fill out any docs (since none were sent to me via email), and the office remained empty. It's a small room in a mediocre office building. While suffering through an emotionally taxing day, one that I truly needed a therapist for, the therapist disappeared. Save yourself and go with a provider that will actually CARE for their clients... she's not it.
