I highly recommend Mandi to my friends and other clients. This was the first time I have met Mandi and it felt like I have known her for months. She helped me out greatly, made my day and assisted me with all me needs. She is a very therapeutic and incredibly empathetic psychiatrist. Zoc doc by far the worst 3 appt. I had and don't take my insurance but they said they did when I booked. 2 times was canceled didn't no till day off when I logged in . Same shit today had to call they said so sorry we been playing around with ya lol sorry we dint take your insurance

I would completely stay away from this provider THIS PROVIDER wanted to cancel me for a 3rd time...and the numerous excuses were used such as paper work was not completed when it was 3 days in advanced A CALL WAS MADE AT 10 AM and they verified that everything was in order for my appointment....then 2 pm rolled around and NOTHING...SO i called them and the excuses started and then said they called me which I never recieved a call or a message or i would have gotten it and said they said they sent an email that i have not gotten.... Just love how unprofessional they are especially with the gaslighting and being made out to be a liar.....no apology NOTHING...Tired to even say say the first time for cancellation was the paperwork that i never recieved or was never called from thier office.. Like i said , i just love the lack of listening or de-escalation as well...how unprofessional... And this person will be blasted all over social media as well.And word travels fast
