For Virtual Appointments- Your appointment will be completed virtually using Doximity. Doximity is video-calling platform (much like Zoom, Facetime/Duo, Google Meet) for healthcare offices. You will receive a text within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. This SMS text will say "Telehealth Alert". Click the link and your smartphone's camera will automatically connect with your Provider. No additional downloading needed!
Do not book new patient appointment unless you are serious client, office will reach out to verify insurance and please fill out office consent forms ASAP to secure a slot and to avoid delay or rescheduling. Need your quick response for the registration/verification process. We can not afford you book appointment then no response to our calls or text messages. I am an ABPN board certified psychiatrist. Served at Baylor College of Medicine as faculty before opened private practice. My team is composed of highly qualified professionals and will treat your condition with empathy, passion and expertise. We are attempting our best quality service we can to help you with both medication management and therapy.
All new clients must have your insurance card uploaded as soon as you book appointment. Self pay initial $400, follow up $200. ADHD requires our office testing. No Xanax being prescribed.
