Dr. Carlson is an exceptional audiologist. From the moment I arrived, she created a comfortable and welcoming environment with her wonderful bedside manner. She was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed.
Dr. Carlson is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was completely honest and transparent throughout the appointment. I appreciated how carefully she evaluated everything and made sure all of my questions were answered.
It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also so compassionate and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson to anyone looking for an audiologist who is professional, thorough, and truly cares about her patients.

Mary Lou was knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in helping people to find the proper solution for any hearing difficulties. Appointments are easy to schedule and receptionist followed up to be sure proper paperwork was in place prior to the appointment. Wait time was minimal

Dr Carlson was so friendly and put me at ease right away. I was early to my appointment and she was able to take me right in. She listened to my complaints and after hearing test gave me a diagnosis of misophonia. She validated to me that my complaints were not in my head. Nothing to really help with this situation except learning how to deal with it. But at least I got and answer and I didn’t feel like I was making it up in my head
