Willa Healthcare Family Clinic is located at 5757 Egan Drive in Savage, Minnesota, the clinic welcomes new patients from infancy through older adulthood for in-person and Telehealth care. Same-week appointments are available, including Saturday visits. Same-day and next-day appointments are available for many acute illnesses and minor injuries. Patients may use an accepted insurance plan, choose self-pay, or enroll in the clinic’s Direct Primary Care membership. Membership plans are available for individuals and families. Members receive extended appointments, same-day or next-day scheduling, preventive care, chronic disease management, and ongoing access through clinic visits, Telehealth, phone, and secure electronic communication. A family can schedule a child’s sick visit or well-child check, an adult physical or women’s health procedure, and an older adult’s medication follow-up through one practice. Services include annual physicals and wellness visits, sports and school physicals, vaccinations, acute care, chronic disease management, medication management, women’s and men’s health, behavioral health screening, dermatologic care, nutrition, and weight management. The clinic performs point-of-care testing, laboratory collection, electrocardiograms, X-rays, ultrasound, colposcopy, Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP), intrauterine device insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, joint injections, wound care, incision and drainage, toenail removal, suturing, minor laceration repair, skin procedures, and Department of Transportation physicals. Dr. Uche Franklin, Doctor of Nursing Practice, Founder, and Medical Director, leads the clinic. She holds Family Nurse Practitioner certifications through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Certification Board. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), advanced through Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) roles, and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her experience spans family medicine, urgent care, women’s health, pediatrics, adult and older adult care, hospital and transitional care, complex care, and advanced wound care. At each visit, we listen, review your health history, medications, symptoms, goals, and daily routines, examine the concern, explain the findings, and build the care plan with you. Before you leave, we review treatment steps, follow-up timing, and actions you can take between visits.
