Primary Care for ages 15+. Accepting Motor Vehicle Accident appts, Workers' Comp and private pay ($150/visit). $50 late cancel/no-show fee to be paid by the pt directly to the practice if canceled within 24 hrs of the appt or if they no-show. Please be aware that at this time, West Linn Primary Care will not prescribe medication until our provider is able to confirm your last 12 month medication history. Please be sure to bring your medication bottles from the past 12 months to your appointment in order to work with our team to create a plan of care.
