Horribly UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible customer service. Especially the practice manager (Marcellus). I tried to get some urine and blood labs done and they scheduled a telemedicine appointment the next day at 2:00pm to go over the results. I was not able to speak to a provider until 4:00pm. AND I HAD TO CALL THEM. When an appointment is set for a certain time, that time should be honored. Extremely unprofessional to show up to your appointment 2 hours late and when I asked why the provider was late she got mad at me for their office's horrible time management. Do/be better.
