Willow Behavioral Health

Willow Health provides short term virtual crisis care for individuals in mental health crises. Our team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, and certified peers create personalized care plans, offering 24/7 crisis support during your time in our program. Our services are short term in nature, lasting up to 12 weeks depending on your needs. This means that at the end of your time with us, we’ll make sure you’re connected to ongoing care and support to continue your recovery outside of Willow Health. Part of our services include an 8 week, virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for those who qualify. Be sure to let us know if you are interested in exploring this option. Getting started is simple. You can schedule an initial assessment as soon as today virtually, from the comfort of your home. Your first meeting will last about 90 minutes. You’ll talk with a therapist and a psychiatrist or psychiatric NP who will help design a treatment plan that works for you. Depending on your needs, your care may include medication management, therapy (including specialized support for thoughts of self harm) and care management. Additionally you’ll have the option to participate in recovery coaching, which includes working with a peer recovery coach, someone who has lived experience with mental health and/or substance use, and who will support you through your recovery journey. Please give us a call at 646-814-1530 with any questions prior to your appointment. Thank you for allowing us to participate in your care! If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.

I felt very comfortable during my appointment. This provider was attentive and understanding. She never made me feel odd or out of place like some of my previous providers. The appointment went smoothly and she explained everything (next steps, other services offered) with professionalism. She was also friendly and answered my questions effectively. Highly recommend!

I’m just gonna say she is not anything near to what she described herself as in her bio. Complete opposite.
