Willow Bloom Therapy PLLC

Are you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or having difficulty coping? Willow Bloom is dedicated to providing evidence-based, caring virtual therapy for Michigan and Colorado residents specializing in anxiety, Autism, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and parenting support. At Willow Bloom, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment where you can explore your concerns, set collaborative goals, and initiate meaningful change. The name 'Willow Bloom' reflects the resilience I see in my clients—their ability to bend without breaking and to flourish with the right care and support. I am passionate about collaboratively partnering with autistic individuals, and am neurodivergent myself. I also have a special interest in working with families and individuals facing anxiety, parenting challenges, and trauma. My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based and personalized care with an emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, (IFS), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (DBT). With over seven years of experience as a clinical social worker and a decade dedicated to supporting families, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years teaching at a university childcare program and worked as a tutor and nanny for several families in my community. These experiences deepened my passion for guiding parents and helping children build self-esteem while navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. As a therapist, I also realized my passion for supporting adult clients in their personal growth. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, running, traveling, practicing yoga, and enjoying nature through hiking and gardening. Clients from all walks of life, belief systems, identities, and backgrounds are respected and valued at Willow Bloom Therapy. I look forward to the opportunity to support you!
