I draw from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and relational approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, struggling with anxiety, or feeling stuck, my goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, process experiences that continue to affect you, and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you. It’s about creating the space to understand yourself more fully, heal what has been carrying too much weight for too long, and move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion.
