This experience was disorganized and I had to repeat information over and over. This was frustrating but more than that, the clinician prescribed only ten days of medication with a single refill but our next appointment wasn’t for thirty days. I find this not simply a frustration but an affront. It makes no sense to order ten days of medication when there is no plan to interact about treatment until next month. Even with the refill, my Dayi would be without any treatment for 10 days before the next appointment. I called and actually spoke to the NP and she said she would call in another 10 days. No apologies or acknowledging she made a mistake. Zero respect for my time, money or intellect. This was a waste of time. I’m looking for another provider.
