This visit wasn’t a great experience. I wasn’t seen by the doctor that I booked and it was surprising to me. The doctor that came into the office barely introduced herself and I was confused as to who she was. There was an update to my contact lens prescription, and after not having a change to my prescription in 15 years I would have liked to understand why but there was not much communication. I would have preferred to see Dr. Miriam who was the doctor I have been seeing for the past few years and if she was not available I would have liked to have been notified. Given the number of eye doctors I have the option to see im not sure I will be back.?

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Aslami. When I went to her office to get an eye exam it was such a breath of fresh air seeing how genuinely nice she treats her patients. She was also great with clear instructions during the exam, answered all my questions, and explained everything I needed to know. I will be coming back to her for my regular checkups from now on!

I made an appt, the office confirmed it, then hours later they call me that they don’t take my insurance, when it states in the dr’s page that they do take my insurance. Then the secretary tells me if I cancel I will pay a cancellation fee. Yea Ok

The office is inside LensCrafter. The staff was quick and explained everything clearly. This office has modern machines/equipment and the process was quick and pleasant. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gave many good tips/suggestions for my condition. It wasn't a long wait to get evaluated by the staff & doctor. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience- I’m so glad I picked this doctor !!!! Everyone in the office was wonderful from beginning to end . I left there with new contact lenses and have never seen better! The optician staff was just as stellar and I was elated to find the greatest selection of glasses !
