Windrise Psychiatry and Wellness
At Windrise Psychiatry and Wellness, care starts with getting the full picture. Every new evaluation looks beyond a checklist of symptoms to understand your history, your relationships, your daily stressors, and what you're hoping treatment will change. From there, we build a plan together rather than one handed down to you.
I work with adults and teens 16 and older, with particular interest in anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD (including a specific focus on trauma in women and in first responders), OCD, mood disorders, PMDD, ADHD, insomnia, and burnout tied to perfectionism or chronic people-pleasing. My approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused CBT, and exposure and response prevention, alongside thoughtful medication management.
New patient visits run a full hour so there's time to cover your history, request records if needed, and leave with a clear plan and your next appointment already on the calendar. Follow-ups are typically 30 minutes and can extend to an hour when more time is warranted. Sessions are warm and direct, with clear guidance, especially when it comes to medications.
Windrise is a telehealth practice licensed in Arizona and Montana, with visits held over a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
If you're looking for a psychiatric provider who takes the time to really listen and partners with you on the path forward, I'd love to help. Booking a visit is simple, and I look forward to meeting you.
