Direct Primary Care provides you with an opportunity to receive quality, personalized healthcare with affordable membership options. When you are a member of a DPC practice, you have access to your provider around the clock through face-to-face appointments, email, texting, and video chats. Through your membership, you can receive discounted urgent care, labs, imaging services, speciality procedures, and more. A DPC is ideal for individuals without insurance or with high deductibles. You are able to spend more time with your provider, find solutions for your health concerns, and save money at the same time! We look forward to meeting you at your next appointment.
In order to provide the best care possible, we only enroll a limited number of patients so don’t wait! SIGN UP TODAY!
All appointment cancellations will incur a fee as per our office policy. Existing and new patients the policy applies to everyone.
Please check with your insurance prior to making an appointment. Unless you have medicaid, nearly 100% of other insurances will require a copay/deductible payment for your visit. So please be familiar with your insurance policy, copays, and deductibles and be prepared to pay your copay at the time of your visit. After making the appointment you will receive an invoice for your copay for your visit that must be paid prior to being seen. They were really quick and ready to help. Everything was wonderful except I had issues with the prescribed prescription ( wasn’t covered by insurance) and unless you’re using Zocdoc you have to request an appointment.

Walking into the office everything is very clean and you’re greeted with a kind smiling face, Dennis! He was very professional and well mannered. He’s very caring and passionate about his work and all of his patients. If you’re looking for someone who will really take the time and listen he will always be who I highly recommend. Very easily to get in contact with because as we all know they have tight schedules and it’s hard getting appointments especially to work around our own schedule but you’ll never have that hassle coming into his office.
