Hi there! Thank you for considering Wise Orthopedic Physical Therapy for your PT needs! It is our mission to provide our patients with an unparalleled physical therapy experience.
Wise Orthopedic PT works with adults of all ages and addresses all body parts. We holistically treat orthopedic conditions, new and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, pre & post surgical rehabilitation, mobility & balance dysfunction, and more. We also provide yearly musculoskeletal wellness checks!
Experience individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions that include hands on advanced manual therapy techniques, custom exercise prescription, and personalized neuromuscular training. Achieve lasting results and a greater level of whole body wellness with Wise Orthopedic PT.
**Please note that we are an “Out of Network” practice. Pricing is $250.00 for the evaluation and $175.00 for all follow ups, collected directly after treatment.**
We choose to remain out of network so that we can provide our patients with entirely PERSONALIZED, ONE ON ONE treatment with our Doctor of Physical Therapy. Practically, what this means is that you pay for your physical therapy at the time of service. If you have an insurance plan with out of network benefits we will provide you with a “Superbill” aka PT invoice. You then submit the superbill to your insurance (usually through your insurance company app or online portal) and they will reimburse you directly based on your specific out of network plan (typically 50-100% of the cost of the session). We recommend calling your insurance prior to booking to find out the details of your specific plan :).
