Many clients struggle with trust, so I want them to know that they can depend on me to be genuine and honest. I want the client to feel that what they are sharing is important and that their words are heard. I believe therapy is an interactive process and see clients as the experts in their lives. Through the therapy process and the building of the therapeutic relationship, clients can access their inner strengths to grow into the person they are meant to be. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment where you will learn to utilize skills, determine strengths, and establish and complete goals as you move toward becoming your best self
