Relational therapy for couples and individuals to rebuild how they interact with intention. My work focuses on learning your patterns, building understanding for them, then interrupting them. Together, we co-create and practice new patterns of relating that represent the way you actually want to show up in the world. Common issues include: - Relationship therapy (couples, spouses, pre-commitment therapy, intercultural couples, becoming parents, parenting, navigating ADHD, and any other relationships that shape your life) - Sex + Intimacy therapy (exploring your desires and blocks with curiosity with an eye on opportunities for expansion and claiming pleasure, self-expression, and emotional connection) - Individual therapy (self-esteem, dating, divorce, men's issues, life transitions, cultural issues, social anxiety, anxiety, grief, sex, sexuality, spirituality, religious shame) - Couples therapy for parents navigating changing family systems Intercultural family issues - Couples exploring ENM/alternate relationship structures - Teens 15+ (exploring issues of self, healthy relationships, sexuality, and healthy differentiation) Please note that I am a private-pay provider and cannot accept Medicaid or private insurance at this time.
