I was very anxious about going to the dentist; this was such a positive experience, I was thinking I'd have to go to several different dental offices to find one where I was comfortable. Search is over! The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and caring. My dentist Dr Chan and hygienist ( I'm sorry I forgot your name) were both patient and listened to my concerns. Dr Chan took the time to explain each step of the examination and customized a professional treatment plan grounded in response to my personal concerns while still including options to her recommendations. The detailed review I received of the plan when checking out was one more level of porefessionalism, it was delivered calmly, questions were welcomed and answered. I was a patient at a different dentist office for 5 yrs and found out this week when I called for an urgent appointment for a tooth ache that the practice was closed. I did go through the prop channels to try to get an appointment with the practice that took over their business and left a message for someone to call me to schedule an appointment. They never called back. SO, I randomly chose Woburn Dentistry. Spoke with the receptionist who said the earliest they could see me was Monday. I figured this would be the case for everyone dentist at this point since I'd be a new patient. I filled all of the new patient forms and tried to ignore the tooth pain I was experiencing. About an hour later the office called me back and said they had a cancellation for that evening. The staff are very empathetic and attentive. Dr. Lee also was very empathetic and easy to talk to.
