The wait time was around 30–40 minutes, which felt quite long. While the doctor was nice overall, I wish she had taken more time to ask questions and better understand my situation. The appointment felt somewhat rushed, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were fully addressed. I also would have appreciated clearer communication about the next steps and what to expect moving forward. Overall, I think the experience could have been improved with more attentiveness and communication.

melanie was super friendly, commutative, and reassuring! got my first pap smear, and she made the entire experience so much less daunting! office staff was also very kind, would highly recommend :)
