Dr Groff is my first male gynocologist and yet the best I have had to date. He is thorough and his knowledge is up to date for the ever changing women’s healthcare we have in the United States. He is compassionate and timely. I have no complaints and I already trust him more than I’ve ever trusted another OBGYN. I am finally being heard and properly treated for issues I have had for years.highly professional and kind staff as well.

I highly recommend Dr. Groff to anyone looking for a qualified and personable professional. It was my first time seeing a male gynecologist, and felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Groff really listens and takes the time to address all your concerns.
The appointment started right on time, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The receptionist and nurses were specially kind, which made the experience even better. The office has such a positive and calming vibe.

The doctor himself is amazing! Staff could work on their customer service and tone a little bit. Overall will be returning but I believe the first experience could have been better. The front desk staff wasn’t the kindest and didn’t seem to want to be there.

Dr. Groff was amazing!!! I highly recommend booking. Dr. Groff was so thorough, detail oriented, answered all my questions & provided multiple options for treatments + medications. I am new to the Austin area & had to find a new provider - Dr. Groff & staff made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and eased my anxiety.

I went to this doctor for a second opinion on a procedure I was told I had to get. He clearly explained the procedure, read through my medical history to understand my specific needs and ultimately presented me with multiple options. I felt listened to and supported in my decision. The rest of the staff was kind.

Be sure to look the place up online and get directions made if it is your first time. I had a little trouble with directions and was late because of that and the Doctor still was able to take care of me.

Unprofessional is all I can. Would not recommend to anyone. The receptionist asked me what my visit was for by yelling across the waiting area instead of trying to protect my privacy. The doctor told me I needed to loose weight to get rid of my symptoms (literally 10lbs over my recommended weight) and he could not help me. His instructions for lab work were very unclear and I had no idea that they even had a lab on location. I have never been so confused, embarrassed and humiliated by a doctors office before.

I was already apprehensive to seeing a male OBGYN but Dr.G made me feel extremely comfortable. We mapped out a plan for the future & I look forward to getting back healthy.
