This was my first ever well women exam and the provider the office employees were extremely kind and understanding. The nurse walked me through what would happen and Dr Zoey spoke to me about all of my birth control options along with their pros and cons. I am extremely grateful that I was able to find such a helpful provider and office my first go-around and that they accepted my insurance.

I had such a great experience! My doctor was so kind, patient, and understanding. I let out all my concerns and she took the time to answer every single one, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She spent around 20 minutes just listening and helping me feel comfortable — something I haven’t experienced at other offices. The well woman exam was done by another girl (I think she was learning), but she was gentle and professional too.
I’ve been to around four different OBGYNs this past year, and none of them made me feel as heard and cared for as she did. For once, I felt validated and respected. I’ll definitely continue seeing her and would recommend her to everyone! ??

I would definitely recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone! I went in for my first ever exam, and although I was nervous, I never felt uncomfortable or rushed. She explained everything well and listened to everything I had to say, then held a collaborative discussion about every concern I had. All of the staff were absolutely amazing and kind. The entire office is a very welcoming environment.

I had my very 1st appointment with Dr. Robert’s today. I was very intimidated to “start over” with someone new but the staff were so kind! Dr. Robert’s listened so well & was very reassuring to me. I had a lot of questions as I feel my body has changed and she answered them all while also being very nice!

I had an annual visit with this provider and was disappointed with the experience. Although I arrived 15 minutes early, I waited over 30 minutes in the exam room undressed without communication about the delay.
It did not appear that my pre-appointment forms were reviewed. I had documented specific concerns and requested additional testing in advance and mentioned them again during the visit. However, part of the testing was not ordered until I brought it up at checkout.
I also discussed a previously diagnosed small fibroid. The conversation moved quickly toward scheduling a hysterectomy during this first visit without a thorough discussion of alternative management options. I would have appreciated a more comprehensive, patient-centered discussion before considering surgery.

All of the staff were friendly and polite. Dr. Merritt listened to the information and reviewed prior test results (from PCP) and immediately suggested an explanation for the issue which she investigated and confirmed. She then offered to do the required procedure right then rather than requiring me to make another appointment! Everything was clearly explained and over a year of wondering that was going on resolved.

This was my first time going to the gynecologist and everyone there made me feel super comfortable and explained everything to me. The staff is nice and made the experience calming and enjoyable.

Dr laura Merritt was very caring and through. She did many of the things my previous Dr never did like assess my pelvic opening which could make childbirth more difficult. Sometimes being overweight can be a point of judgement but she never made me feel judged for being overweight. It was only my first appointment with her but she actually made me feel cared for. She was also very gentle during my exams, which are usually very painful for me.
The nurse was also very sweet and attentive.
My only complaint was that the office sent me the pre-check in paper work the morning of my appointment so I had to rush to both get ready and get it all filled out. It would been better to send it the night before.
The appointment left me feeling hopeful about family planning and my reproductive health.

Going to the doctor makes me so nervous. I mean, just the idea of setting foot inside the door sets off my anxiety. Because of this, I have managed to avoid a pap smear up until this point in my life. But I recently found out I am pregnant, and I knew for baby's safety, I needed to go in, get checked, and learn more about baby plans. The entire staff were SO sweet. When the nurse and doctor found out this was my first time for all things obgyn-based, they were so patient in explaining everything. They made sure to explain step-by-step what to expect, what they were doing at all times, etc. I am proud to say that I have now conquered my first pap smear (which really wasn't bad at all ??), and I now have a plan for baby's care. I never thought I would say this, but I am grateful I went to the doctor today. This experience has filled me with a little more hope for the future, and I appreciate knowing I always have a "safe" doctor to go to in the future. ?? Can't recommend them enough!
