I had such a great experience! My doctor was so kind, patient, and understanding. I let out all my concerns and she took the time to answer every single one, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She spent around 20 minutes just listening and helping me feel comfortable — something I haven’t experienced at other offices. The well woman exam was done by another girl (I think she was learning), but she was gentle and professional too.
I’ve been to around four different OBGYNs this past year, and none of them made me feel as heard and cared for as she did. For once, I felt validated and respected. I’ll definitely continue seeing her and would recommend her to everyone! ??

I would definitely recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone! I went in for my first ever exam, and although I was nervous, I never felt uncomfortable or rushed. She explained everything well and listened to everything I had to say, then held a collaborative discussion about every concern I had. All of the staff were absolutely amazing and kind. The entire office is a very welcoming environment.

I had my very 1st appointment with Dr. Robert’s today. I was very intimidated to “start over” with someone new but the staff were so kind! Dr. Robert’s listened so well & was very reassuring to me. I had a lot of questions as I feel my body has changed and she answered them all while also being very nice!

The front desk worker was very nice and the provider’s nurse was very nice. The provider herself was very cold and had poor bedside manner. She gave me the care I needed but if you are looking for someone with a warmer personality to put your anxieties at ease, I would not recommend seeing Zoey. I was also bothered by the fact that there was not a chaperone in the room during my pelvic exam and I was not asked if I wanted an additional person in the room during my pelvic exam.

I was very excited to visit this practice because I looked online and was pleased with the welcoming website. I was looking for a woman provider that would be friendly and would listen to my concerns. I came into the appointment very vulnerable with many questions and had to build up the courage to have these conversations before my visit, especially seeing a new provider. The office and nurse visit before the doctor visit was wonderful. Both ladies were kind and welcoming. The doctor walked in and immediately began talking about birth control, no greeting, and was yawning the entire time. I understand doctors are very busy, but I felt that I was a burden on her time. I did not feel welcomed or taken seriously. I was truly wanting a bit more education, but instead, I received very short answers and yawns. I left feeling insignificant and silly for asking the questions I had. First impressions go a long way.

It was my first time seeing an OBGYN and everyone was so nice, welcoming and patient with me. Very professional and as weird as the experience was for me personally, everyone in the clinic made the situation a lot better!

This was my first time going to the gynecologist and all the staff were very friendly and understanding. No shaming and lots of understanding from Dr. Roberts and the rest of the staff. She came in quickly after the nurse left and I did not wait long for the entire appointment.

Liked I was able to pre-register online. At 70 it was kinda a managery finding the Suite as I saw No directory for drs. Security guard could have given better instructions as I had to go back to him 2 times & I really don’t consider myself “out of it”, just 70 yr young looks 58 so they tell me. Lastly being a Crinkly would have been nice to offer if I’d like to empty my bladder before the exam. ??

Very attentive and thoughtful during my well-woman exam and made sure I understood what the game-plan was. She made sure to check and see if I had any questions. Lovely doctor.
