From the moment I walked in, every single person in this office made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and compassionate, setting the tone for such a positive experience.
I had the opportunity to meet with two different doctors (Emme APRN and Dr. Deutsch), and they were both exceptional. Their bedside manner was perfect. They listened attentively, answered all of my questions with patience, and treated me with such kindness and respect. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and take the time to make them feel comfortable.
I’m SO grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate healthcare providers.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any physician. She was extremely dismissive, did not care to even listen and it got to the point where she didn’t care so much that she literally didn’t even know what she was saying. Just saying anything so she could leave the room. There was several times that she was saying things that didn’t make sense and I had to correct her and she acted as if she misspoke instead. I’ve been to many providers and she was by far the worst. There are so many topics someone in her field should be going over with women and she just simply did not care to do so. She didn’t ask me a single question about my medical history, not one. Which in her field is extremely important, whether it was relevant to my current appointment or not. She didn’t bother to ask me any of the basic questions that a specialist in her field should ask, or even explain a single thing. She literally told me to take probiotics and I’ll be fine. I was shocked to say the least.

Dr. Riviera is very competent doctor and an excellent communicator! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The nurse received me as soon as I arrived. There was no waiting I can’t believe I’m saying this, but.I really enjoyed my appointment. And that’s saying a lot!
