My experience with Dr. Ford's office was excellent. Everyone in the office was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment as a new patient right away. Even immediately after a holiday. I did wait for a bit in the waiting room, but, again, I was a new patient and had paperwork to fill out. I did not mind the wait one but. The staff took their time, did not seem stressed, were happy to help, and made it an overall pleasant experience.

A gyn check up has always been a bit awkward and discomforting for me, but Dr. Ford made me feel comfortable from start to finish at my appointment. She was thorough in going over my medications and medical history. During my breast and pelvic exam, she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel at ease. Dr Ford listened to concerns I shared related to menopause and some painful areas, and addressed these in an understanding way. The medical/nursing assistant was also very courteous and compassionate, as was the receptionist.

Dr. Ford was amazing. She actually listened to me and discussed a plan of care that made me feel comfortable. She was able to explain things to me that I have wondered about for years and was not told about from other OBGYN practitioners. I’m truly pleased with her genuine and caring nature.
