Ive had appts with the doctor, Lori Stafford, she is wonderful. She has wonderful bedside manner and puts my questions at ease. Her staff is lazy, incompetent, and dismissive. Because of this, my daughter and i will never go back. And i will deter anyone that asks for an obgyn. She and i have made several attempts online to get an appointment and were never contacted back with from the office. Until finally, in a last effort, an email confirmed it, we submitted documents and were confirmed by email October 8 at 4:00. Only to have been met by the staff that we will need to reschedule for another month. No explanation, thats just how it is. We found other means to complete the procedure, a long overdue bc removal. i hope Mrs Stafford can find the poor work ethic in her staff and make necessary changes. The whole experience, from the aggravation of getting the appointment to the judgmental look of the receptionist to come back in a month are all things the office needs to fix quickly.
