At Wonder Years, we provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments, second opinions and follow up care for a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions. We have a collaborative approach with family members, patients, therapist, teachers, psychiatrist and all care providers. This is done in conjunction with a strong emphasis on treatment compliance and regular discussion about diagnosis, medications, treatment options and potential side effects arising from medications.
We also offer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) therapy at our Garden City and Brooklyn locations and Spravato (esketamine) at all 3 locations for patients suffering from Depression who failed other modalities of treatment including medications and therapy.

The appointment with Dr. Malik was great. I felt comfortable right away. He listens to you, takes the necessary time to explain anything that's going on, and answer all questions you have. It was also very easy to get an appointment. I would highly recommend him!

I felt really heard and supported by RoseMarie. She asked pertinent, detailed questions and took her time in gathering everything she needed to understand. She responded to me with compassion. Hee estimation of a plan of action, which she explained in a way that made me feel like an intelligent partner in all this, felt perfect for my situation and she gave me time to think about it before our follow up. I have complete trust in her, and she presented herself with intelligence and warmth. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an empathetic partner if looking for a mental health solution.
