The doctor was so knowledgeable and friendly. She examined me and wanted to get to the root of my muscle aches. She also created a customized plan my first visit to address my concerns. The acupuncture was painless and the massage that followed was amazing. She worked on all of my knots and took her time treating me.

Dr Tammy is very precise of the condition and the recovery times. It might actually come as a red flag but she has done miracle work on me. I was in dying pain from my hip labral tear, tendinitis for 4.5 months and visited 3 surgeons for opinions. The first doctor at NYU told me to do surgery and I took a cortisone shot with no relief whatsoever. I wasn’t able to sit in a non cushy chair even for 2 mins. The pain was crazy 24 hrs lying down, siting and walking. I took accupuncture and physical therapy with Dr Tammy which included assisted stretching, DDS massage and accupuncture for 1.5 hrs 3 times a week. After first couple of visits the pain actually worsened the next day. But the magic started working after 3 visits. My pain was going down and I feel I could walk without limping in excruciating pain and actually walk faster. Pain has subsided dramatically in 3 weeks. Dr Tammy did an absolute miracle and will continue to see her for my other conditions plantar fasciitis, back pain.

The appointment went as smooth as usual. The communication was easy and I have history of migraines which is the reason why I keep coming back for acupuncture. After the treatment my migraine pain decreased significantly and that is why I am going back for my second appointment tomorrow to manage it again.

the office was great. I made the appointment only a day before and they were on top of checking if my insurance would be covered. unfortunately it wasn't, but not their fault. Tammy was great! She explained in detail the concept of traditional medicine that applied to my health issue. She also discussed the effectiveness of combining herbal teas with acupuncture to get the maximum result and above all, I didn't feel pressured to try the former. The acupuncture was relaxing and uneventful. The room was clean and neatly organized. I would recommend Tammy and this clinic.

Tammy was okay. I was pretty nervous because it was my first acupuncture appointment ever and she was not very comforting. Felt like she came in to do her job and that was that.
The office staff were very nice but they were bickering amongst themselves (almost to the point of yelling) the whole time I was in the waiting room. It was very awkward.

The service was professional. This was my first acupuncture treatment and they were very detailed and clear on what to expect. My muscle spams were significantly lessened and I was happy with the visit. I only wish my insurance covered it but the office was very clear up front that it did not (and they checked for me).

I had sprained back. Doctor listened to me carefully and explained me how the therapy works. Performed acupuncture followed with massage and cupping therapy as needed. My pain literally went from 9/10 to 2/10 in first session. It did increase a lil later but that’s how the therapy works then the pain gradually goes away. I will definitely recommend them. PT, Masseuse, Acupuncturist and all the staff all of them are vey friendly and professional. I’ve already booked my future appointments with them as the therapy is working so well for me.
