Dr. Karim and the entire staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, the front-desk associate was welcoming, kind, and explained everything clearly. The dental assistants also noticed I was nervous and helped put me at ease. Dr. Karim was patient, compassionate, and completely nonjudgmental. If you have dental anxiety or haven’t been to the dentist in a few years, I highly recommend this office!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warmth. The staff was so welcoming and friendly before and having my appointment. The dentist himself was just as great. I was so nervous about being seen being that I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. The dentist not only listened to my needs but he ensured I was in great hands. Truly can’t thank him and his staff enough for being so attentive. Can’t wait to go back for my deep cleaning and implant!

The experience was overall not bad, what you would expect. However, although I completed all forms in advance, I still waited for 50 mins before I was seen. There doesn’t seem to be any hygienists working here as the dentist, himself, did the cleaning and check up alone. There was one lady who was solely doing xrays only. The dentist felt rushed doing all appts himself, and rushed my cleaning. However, he seems skilled and obviously knew what he was doing.

The Dr and the provider that did my intake and scans non-judgmental and made me feel like I’m not a terrible person for waiting so long.

This was my first visit to a dentist in several years and I was very anxious about how it might go and the condition my teeth might be in. Dr Karim and his team were very kind. There was a lovely dental assistant named Helen who took my x-rays and got my room set up. She also assisted Dr Karim with my cleaning. She was very sweet and made conversation with me while doing my x-rays. I'm not sure if she could sense my nerves but she helped with my anxiety A LOT. She was funny too! When Dr Karim came in to see me, he took a look at my x-rays and my actual teeth. He then asked me about my dental history and if I was experiencing any issues. The cleaning was fast and not as painful as I've experienced at other places. The only reason I experienced pain is because I haven't had them cleaned in a long time. I'm sure my next visit will be a breeze since all of the buildup is now gone. My appointment was at 5pm and I was out before 6 (cleaning, x-rays before and after cleaning, check in)!!

Dr. Badr did an excellent job with my dental treatment. The procedure was smooth, fast, and completely comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor’s attention to detail is outstanding, and they made sure my bite felt absolutely perfect before I left. A highly professional team and a top-tier dental experience overall . Everyone was incredibly kind, and I was seen very quickly. The dentist was thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire staff was so sweet and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this office.

I would not go back. The office was hard to find because it's attached to an apartment complex. The office and tools seemed outdated. This was my first visit. They took x-rays, but no discussion of those x-rays or my dental history occurred. They did the dental cleaning before the exam, that's never happened before at any other dentist I've gone to visit. My understanding is that they have to check for cavities, etc. before they clean. The doctor asked if I had any discomfort but that was it. He did a quick look and said I was good. I want to go to an office where they seem like they care, not something that's just in and out. I also want to feel like they're actually doing something instead of just going through the motions.

I booked my appt through ZocDoc and was called to move the appt because it was already filled, no problem. My next appt I was called to move again because there was an emergency, again, not a problem. I booked a new appt and waited. I was called numerous times throughout the week before and week of to confirm the appt and asked if I could come in earlier than 5pm. I said no every time because I work full time and 5pm would be the earliest I could come. The morning of my appt I was called at 8:30am and asked if I could come in earlier to which I replied no because I work. At 9:30am I was called AGAIN to confirm my insurance and asked to come in early once again. When I replied no they told me they couldn’t see me because their last appt was at 3pm and they couldn’t wait for me. So yet again, my appt had to be changed. Needless to say, I canceled my appt and will have to look for another dentist. Very upset because I’ve been in pain since I made my first appt, 2 weeks ago.
