I scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc for 10:30, but apparently they don’t technically open until 11:30 on Saturdays because that’s when the dentist gets in. After the dentist politely informed me of the steps I would need to take to see him, as I was a new patient, I proceeded to calling my insurance to address the matter. The very rude receptionist informed me that although I have been sitting there for over an hour waiting for someone to assist me with the paperwork if it took me “too long” (she gave me 30 minutes) to verify my insurance they won’t be able to see me. Instead of speaking to me like the educated adult that I am she continued to speak over me, raising her voice to get her point across, as if my explanation of me following the directions of the dentist wasn’t enough. I kindly walked out of the dentist office and informed them that I will not be returning. Customer service skills are the worst, and I should know since I teach these classes.

It seems like a nice guy was just a little annoyed because I went there to take a tooth out and he gave me referrals to go see other people when I was presenting him with a problem that I need to taking care of that particular day when your teeth hurts you don't have weeks To just linger. I’ve been needing a new dentist for a while since my last was horrible and too rough. Dr. Patel was very gentle with cleaning my teeth and attended to my reasons for coming in. He also said he would try his best to help me out with out of pocket expenses.

Dr Patel was incredibly friend and kind. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, he was very honest and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being whether he was going to do a procedure or a specialist was.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years and I was a little nervous beforehand. I could tell right away that he cares about his patients and I felt at ease despite needing a lot of work done. There was no pain in today's visit and I'm feeling optimistic about going back. Highly recommended.

I was extremely nervous when I went into the office. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly. Dr. Patel and his dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Appointment went well and would definitely recommend him. He took the time out to take care of his patients and explain everything before he did it and tries to work with you.

The doctor seemed very passionate about his work and genuinely cares for his patients. He knows his patients by name when they are waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Patel was very considerate and sensitive to my financial situation. He went through several options with me and how to go about my wisdom tooth pain. Dr. Patel was overall very gracious, patient, and kind. I would definitely go back to him if I didn't move so far away.
