I was seen by a different person, not the same person on the profile. The person at the front desk is rude and tries to up sell glasses. I was ripped off after I compared the price to different stores. The information I got was wrong from what the front desk person told me as well. This place apparently has a new management, but I liked the previous management over current management. I don't recommend this place at all and will never go back.

I’ve seen several eye doctors before, and this doctor was genuinely very kind, professional, and thorough. The exam itself went smoothly, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The only downside was that I was asked to pay an additional fee out of pocket just to have my eye exam results filled out on the AWS form. I wasn’t expecting that extra charge,

I thought I would just go in and get right to my appointment since they have all my information. This was not the case I had to fill out forms and give my insurance info again. The doctor isn’t even in office so I am still waiting for the doctor to get here for my 11:00AM appointment ( it is 12:16 as of writing this). The office staff also are giving attitude to all the customs that walk in.

This office is highly unprofessional and wasted my time. They told me my insurance was fully accepted, did the exam, and everything seemed fine, until I didn’t buy their overpriced frames.
I asked for a copy of my prescription, and they made me sit there for at least 30 minutes before finally telling me they “couldn’t” give it to me because it supposedly contained “proprietary information.”
They claimed they would email the prescription instead, but that was the start of a string of lies. Every time I called, I got a new story: “We’ll send it in 10 minutes,” “within 2 hours,” “by the end of the day.” None of it was true. They kept lying and dragging it out.
They are blatantly withholding my prescription just because I didn’t buy their overpriced glasses. Now I have to get another eye exam somewhere else. I will never go to Woodside Vision ever again.
