Very Professional, Experienced, Expert in Arthritic Pain ,,, Make Excellent Evaluation/Assessment/Tests discussed even X-Ray and Nerve conduction done at the other office... But Owner,DC,Chiropractic , mr.Meyer- Stop Process of Writing a Plan of Care and Implementation of Care. Need to be financial approved by an owner of the office on 02/02/2026...( Total 17 days passed without any action to treat my Neuropathic pain in the foot ). Does DC has the right to Indorsed/Approved Plan of Care done by Morgan Howard, PA??? Prescribe Meds ? Does it is going like "not right ". (My opinion as patient)

Some of the most fun people I’ve had to pleasure to get medical care from, that’s coming from a cooks children kid too. When asked for blood I explained I’m deathly afraid of needles and seeing my own blood, they calmed me down and assured me I would be okay and safe. They brought the equipment in and let me know as they were putting the needle in and before I knew what was happening they had the blood they needed and all I felt was a small pinch, no suction or anything!
10/10 will go back for any other medical needs!!!!

I prefilled all paper work out about my ingrown toe nail. They pulled my insurance after telling them it was for an ingrown nail. I got there waiting and spoke to the front desk and they confirmed detail. The tech asked me everything about my toe nail and all the symptoms. The doctor came back and then said that they don’t do ingrown toe nails even though it was listen on Zocdoc. Everyone was nice, but I needed immediate help and relief and no one seemed to pay attention to why I was there. I’m sure they are great for things they are able to do though.

I really felt heard in the office, and everything was explained thoroughly and I didn’t feel like a burden to the nurse/doctor. I will say, the passive aggressive attitude with the office lady is something else. I was called at 5:30 (time of appointment) saying I have missed it and I would have to reschedule. Mind you, I was in the parking in the parking lot. I called again and I was told “yes maam, your appointment was at 5:30, it’s now 5:32 and your paperwork wasn’t completed so you should’ve been here at 5:15” in a really weird tone. I explained I was in the parking lot and I did my paperwork on Zocdoc and then cut off to say no you didn’t just to be told it was in the system. I really loved my doctor/nurse but she makes me want to not book another appointment. She could’ve been real with it.
