I had a visit with Ailyn on September 16th, where I explained my situation, the challenges I was facing, and my need for (STD) paperwork. I also explained the submission deadline and that my previous therapist could not complete the forms due to an agreement with my employer, which is why I had to find a new provider
Ailyn asked me to send the paperwork for review and mentioned we would likely need a follow-up appointment. I sent everything that same day, including records from my previous provider, and Alight also sent the forms. Despite following up almost daily, I received little communication and no clear updates. Nearly a week later, I was informed that I would be scheduled for an appointment after the paperwork deadline had passed
The communication throughout this process was poor. Calls were not returned, staff seemed unaware of my case status, and I did not feel a sense of urgency for a time-sensitive matter. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I had a genuinely positive experience with this doctor. I have been very hesitant to see a psychiatrist because of negative experiences in the past, but this appointment gave me hope that compassionate doctors are still out there. He was patient, thorough, and truly listened to everything I shared. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or judged. For once, I felt genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
His calm and reassuring demeanor immediately helped me feel more comfortable. Most importantly, I felt that he truly cared about what I was experiencing and wanted to help, rather than simply rushing through the appointment or prescribing something without understanding the full picture.
If you are looking for a psychiatrist who will take the time to listen, treat you with respect, and make you feel safe discussing what you are going through, I highly recommend him. I am very grateful that I gave this appointment a chance, and I would absolutely return.

Great accept for my insurance closing the office early caused my medicine to be paid out of pocket. So I had to cx it and rectify it myself. Insurance companies with these pre auths are a bit extreme . Not happy with that . I like my new dr .
