Charlotte is very knowledgeable and patient. She has met me (emotionally) where I've needed at every appointment, and provided feedback and guidance that I have not been able to "dig out" myself. She is sensitive to my weaknesses, and stabilizes my crutches to both lift me up and light a fire. I *highly* recommend Charlotte to guide you, as she has helped me put spark back in my days when I thought I didn't have it in me anymore. I personally, have not found anyone better.

I felt very comfortable and was able to easily contact the office prior with questions and adjustments to my appointment. Dr. Toms was a delight-very friendly and listened to all my questions and concerns. She was able to fill my monthly medication without a gap following the appointment. Very thankful to have found this provider on Zocdoc. I’m very guarded when discussing my issues but Ms, Charlotte Toms was very patient with me and a great listener that made me feel comfortable and cared for. She is very knowledgeable and breaks it down so that I could understand my diagnosis and treatment plan and answered all questions I had about it.
