There are many situations in life that can cause you to feel overwhelmed. With everything you are juggling, you don’t have the time, the space or clarity to
figure it out on your own. All you know is something has to give.
Something we’ll do together is help you gain a better understanding of your current situation through exploring both conscious and unconscious processes at play. Using an active, hands on approach you will begin to change patterns of thought and action that are causing you difficulties, limiting you or sabotaging your happiness.
At the same time, we will work together so that you can begin to develop a healthier sense of self. You will become more ready and able to be in contact with and understand your feelings so that you can gain a better sense of what you really want out of life (and how to move towards it).
I work with, individuals who are stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed; with parents; and also, with teens & adults diagnosed with autism/ Asperger’s who are fairly independent and dealing with the difficulties of life.
With attention to detail, I have created a therapy space that is soothing and relaxing. It is a comforting space purposely designed for you to unfold and examine internal and external things that are weighing you down; giving you the opportunity to let go of those things that are no longer working for you and leaving space growth.
